Ingredients:
3 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp salt (optional if you prefer sodium free)
2 tsp ginger
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp cayenne pepper (I usually use a heaping tsp)
3/4 tsp nutmeg
3/4 tsp black pepper
Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
